Position Title:
External Description:
We are seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead our Data Solutions team. This individual will also serve as the Data Architect and Data Governance Advisor, responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of our data architecture and ensuring robust data governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic vision to drive our data capabilities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data Solutions team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture that aligns with business objectives and integrates with various data systems.
- Define and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance in conjunction with the Data Governance team.
- Collaborate with different business units to understand their data needs and incorporate them into the data architecture and governance framework.
- Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative data solutions.
- Manage and execute data-related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead technical data governance initiatives, including data quality improvement and data stewardship
