Job Description

Support the scan inspections and provide reports and feedback on inspected parts or assemblies.

Primary Responsibilities - Includes, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support the scans of Kostal products to validate part\assembly quality.
  • Utilize the provided software in order to analyze parts and functionality of assemblies.
  • Work with design and tooling to provide feedback of inspections for functionality and quality of the parts.
  • Maintain the scan equipment and software in order to keep the equipment in good working order.
  • Work with other departments in providing support of training and support utilizing the viewer software for scan data.
  • This position may involve foreign and domestic travel
Qualifications

Education, Experience & Other Requirements
  • Metrology experience
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of measurement techniques
  • Understanding of part inspection in relation to GD&T
  • Ability to read a print for measurement
  • Ability to work independently
  • Formal training with Polyworks software and\or metrology inspection software preferred but not required
