Requirements:

- Coachable

- Extremely self-motivated and desire to succeed in a performance driven work environment.

- Ability to quickly build a rapport with a diverse group of people.

- Courage to reach out to large numbers of people and build relationships over the phone.

- Motivated by uncapped earning potential and rewards for performance.

- Impeccable work ethic.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willing to do a lot of cold prospecting until you have your network well established. This can take a couple of years.

- Engaging personality
