  • 1 Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma Center
  • Documentation System/EMR: AEHR
  • Number of Operating Rooms: 20 plus
  • Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 2
  • Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric
  • Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases Pediatric, General Surgical Cases Neonatal, Chest Wall/Pleural Procedures, Central Line Insertion,Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Surgery(Thoracic, Abdominal), Laparoscopic Surgery(Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty,Nissen Fundoplication), Additional Procedures for Physicians Trained as Pediatric Surgeons (Atresias - Esophageal, Atresias - Intestinal, Atresias - Biliary, Abdominal Wall Defects - Gastroschisis, Umbilical Defects - Omphalocele, Umbilical Defects - Hernia, Imperforate Anus.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified OR Board Eligible Pediatric Surgery
  • IA License
  • BLS, PALS
  • Provider must be able perform required procedures
