As an Internal Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of matters with a focus on business law, estate planning, and corporate governance. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong business acumen. Responsibilities

Explore some of the key responsibilities integral to this role: Determine the appropriate type of deed Collaborate with county offices, public record databases, and other resources to gather necessary information Verify the accuracy and authenticity of retrieved documents Analyze and interpret legal descriptions, encumbrances, and other property-related details Coordinate with estate planning documents Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings for use in estate planning Requirements

Here are some of the essential qualifications for this role: Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to deeds in different states Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools Experience and proficiency with data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field is a plus Prior experience in the retirement solutions industry or legal field is preferred but not required
