Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Esposito Law Group, P.A. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This is a mostly on-site role located in Bradenton, FL.


Qualifications

  • 1-5 years experience as a lawyer is preferred
  • Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • Experience in commercial litigation, real estate, or corporate law is a plus
  • Salary is based on experience
