About the Role:

The Influencer Team at Ovative Group oversees, develops, and implements Influencer strategy working alongside our client teams to create holistic strategy tailored to our clients’ goals. The Manager of Influencer will focus on building brand love through creator efforts, while building trust with clients and partnering with internal teams to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead development of campaign and long-term strategy for Ovative clients across full-funnel program needs inclusive of influencer, creator, and content-oriented activations
  • Source influencers, foster partnerships and opportunities and pitch relevant brand opportunities
  • Provide one-to-one, strategic campaign planning and negotiate contracts with influencers
  • Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns
  • Develop testing and roadmap priorities for clients to iterate, using a test and learn mindset
  • Inform on influencer & social media platform trends and partnership opportunities
  • Provide thought-leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams during pitch process to win new business
  • Document, analyze, and provide meaningful insights on campaign performance
  • Partner with internal paid media teams to integrate creator strategies and content into paid programs and amplification strategy
  • Lead direct reports, providing coaching and direction in the delivery of client work and internal initiatives
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Deep understanding of the Influencer ecosystem - social media channels, influencers, content, and creators and how they integrate into a broader marketing strategy
  • 3-5 years in an Influencer Marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience within Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media Strategy
  • Expertise and success sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating with Influencers
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns
  • Experience across influencer platforms that include Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube are required with additional diversified spaces like Twitch, podcast integration and other unique partner integrations preferred.
  • Measurement-minded with a strong understanding of the performance metrics widely used and available data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
  • Experience analyzing influencer-specific metrics and full funnel impact
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tagger (or influencer management platforms) and affiliate integration a plus
Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For our Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $79,000 to $132,000, which is inclusive of a 20% bonus.
