**Duties include, but are not limited to:**
* Providing quality customer service to all customers, internal and external.
* Processing payments for repair orders and parts invoices.
* Complete daily bank deposits, process credit card batch, complete end of day reporting.
* Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
* Manage Sales leads and active delivery logs.
* Handle petty cash and office supply orders.
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Fluent in Microsoft office programs.
* Have cash handling experience
* Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Be self driven and able to work independently.
* Be collaborative and be able to work on a team.
