This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. The sales manager will build and drive new business and revenue growth. This will include developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, analysing market trends, and managing the sales process. Business managers will provide tech support, including key selling features and assistance with presentations highlighting product differentiators. Tech managers will also be present in meetings with interested clients seeking more in-depth demos and discussions. The sales manager, however, will be responsible for meeting sales targets and fostering a culture of customer-centric salesmanship. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills Demonstrated capacity to make hundreds of cold calls/emails and successfully follow through weekly Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, building, and leading high-performing sales pipeline, and meeting sales targets consistently Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Experience in the network and cyber-security, IT, cloud software, artificial intelligence, or machine learning industries would be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Ability to think strategically and a proven track record of delivering results Passion for technology and an ability to quickly adapt to changing market dynamics Core Responsibilities Drive direct sales of the company products and services to businesses across the US west coast. Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including inside sales, marketing campaigns, and demand generation initiatives (Sales Qualified Leads) Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities, account details, lead conversion statuses, and reports for review purposes (Commit/Upside/Leads) Craft tailored proposals in response to customer requirements RFPs, RFQs, EoQs / Quotations, and other solicitation documents Collaborate closely with the Pre-sales Team for technical discussions, demonstrations, POCs, pilots, and technical proposal development Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs and attend weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales reviews Manage the complete sales cycle, including booking, billing, and collections, aligning with company incentive policies Act as a SPOC/presenter/booth representative in marketing events and work with marketing and inside sales teams to enrich the CRM database Establish and nurture executive-level relationships within target organisations to identify and develop business opportunities Communicate competitive intelligence to the Sales Head and Marketing Teams to inform product, promotion, and pricing strategies Preferred Experience Experience in fractional sales is a big advantage A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required 5-7 years of sales experience at B2B enterprises Experience selling in IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, or SaaS domains Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software Exceptional listening, presentation, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic startup environment Strong skills in customer relationship management and retention Experience with cold calls/emails leading to successful conversion Company Description Navyug Infosolutions Pvt Ltd (navyug.ai) are experts in Custome Software Services, in the last 12 years, we have developed 641+ software.
