Stavros Law P.C. is a small boutique law firm based in Sandy, Utah focused on representing clients in employment, business, health care, and related civil litigation matters. We are seeking a associate attorney to join our thriving practice and close-knit team with 2-5 years of experience.

We are interested in candidates who are motivated to provide exceptional customer service and unparalleled legal representation to the clients they serve. Experience with employment litigation in federal and state courts is preferred, but not required. To be considered, you must have a degree from an ABA accredited law school, be a licensed member of the Utah bar in good standing (or in the process of obtaining your license), and be authorized to work in the United States. You also must have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and excellent judgment.

Your responsibilities will include representing individuals and businesses in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution settings. You will also provide counseling and advice for clients on various employment and labor law issues. You will also assist businesses with a variety of commercial litigation and related matters in addition to other civil litigation matters, including health care, consumer protection and real estate matters.

Your base salary is dependent on your level of experience, but the Firm's pay range for its employees is competitive in the market. We offer employees a competitive base salary, significant bonuses based upon productivity, and outstanding benefits (including health and dental insurance, life insurance, employer retirement contributions, reimbursement for licensure and CLE expenses, and PTO and paid vacations, among other things). We also provide flexible working arrangements and billable hour requirements to meet the needs of our staff.
