Legal Case Manager (Bi-lingual) - Full-Time Position in Sandy, UT Craig Swapp & Associates is searching for an individual who aligns with our core values to join our team as a Legal Case Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing case files and facilitating communication between clients and legal professionals. You may be the perfect fit if you: • Are motivated to succeed and take pride in your work • Hold yourself to high standards and strive for excellence in all that you do • Enjoy assisting and engaging with people • Show compassion towards individuals who have been injured • Can effectively manage multiple tasks and pay meticulous attention to detail • Thrive in a fast-paced environment Full-Time Benefits: • Medical coverage • Dental and Vision coverage • Supplemental insurance available • Company-paid Life Insurance • 401(k) retirement plan Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain detailed case files, including legal documents, correspondence, and client communications • Keep track of case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely actions are taken • Regularly update and maintain case management software/database • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on their cases • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally • Obtain necessary information and documentation from clients, such as updated injuries and a list of providers • Facilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, and external parties • Ensure timely sharing of information within the legal team and your attorney • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports • Collect all relevant medical records and bills • Request billing ledgers, review outstanding balances, and list of providers. Ensure timely billing and/or a lien is in place • Assist with resolving contractual issues with Medicare and Medicaid, etc • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff • Attend team meetings and case review sessions to provide updates on case statuses Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this Legal Case Manager position • The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational abilities and be detail-oriented • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a must for this role • Familiarity with various legal practice areas is a plus for this Legal Case Manager position • Good customer service skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients • General computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are required • Experience in Personal Injury Law, medical, and/or insurance industries is a plus • Fluent English and Spanish speaking skills are essential for this Bi-lingual Legal Case Manager role. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly DOE
