Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 3, 2024, until August 1, 2024. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Hardware/Software technical support team as a Technical Support Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of hardware and software support while working closely with our experienced technical support professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and creating tickets

• Updating customer accounts in Salesforce

• Participating in troubleshooting, account projects, and tasks as needed.

• Updating and creating work instructions

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Basic networking and windows background
