**POSITION SUMMARY**

We are seeking an experienced shop manager to join our innovative construction team. The shop manager position involves all aspects of parts, purchasing, and managing/dispatching of mechanics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assist equipment operators with diagnosis of equipment issues

* Dispatch mechanics as needed

* Purchase all needed parts and supplies

* Maintain shop inventory

* Assist in management of company equipment assets

* Open/close/maintain work orders

* Maintain a safe work environment

* Schedule routine maintenance and service on all construction equipment

This position is full time and is in Mosinee, Wisconsin.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Must be at least 18 years old

* Must have a valid drivers license

* Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift and walk for long durations

* Able to communicate effectively

* Ability to listen and take direction

* Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees

* Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and Word
