Summary of Position

We are looking for a Food Runner / Busser to join Hammered Crab.

Food Runner / Busser responsibilities include greeting guests, making sure tables are cleaned in a timely manner and getting food from kitchen to guest tableFor this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure Hammered Crab guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a positive, unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
  • Assist wait/bar staff as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Food Handling experience
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
