Requirements :

Valid NY RN License

2 years of experience in a SNF setting strongly preferred

Job duties :

Provide leadership to nursing staff, fostering collaboration

Monitor patient progress and communicate with physicians

Manage daily operations of the nursing unit

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management, residents, and family members.
