Qualifications and Duties:
- Ideal candidate to have broad-based experience and the ability to assist in menu development.
- Italian-American focus.
- Maintaining clean and sanitary stations.
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
- Ultimately this individual must possess a strong passion for the hospitality industry and will be rewarded accordingly for his or her success.
- Room for growth in a successful restaurant group with multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Requirements:
- Must be a hard worker and be able to handle high volume.
- Menu development knowledge.
- Inventory management and control.
- Maintain proper food and payroll cost.
- Ability to lead, hire and train kitchen support staff.
- Knowledge with Health dept guidelines.
