Escalation Analyst (Regulatory Agencies)

6-month contract (potential extension)

Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week if local to GA

Our client, is looking for an Escalation Analyst to join their Special Ops team tasked with responding to all the claims from regulatory agencies requesting information.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all high-level regulatory consumer escalated complaints including Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Attorney General Offices (AG), and all other regulatory agencies.
  • Identify instances of fraud and investigate fraudulent activities.
  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
Required Skills & Experience
  • Analytical thinking and decision making on questions pertaining to consumer information including Personal identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (SPII) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations
  • Experience working on regulatory compliance claims and complaints
  • Experience performing routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision Business Expertise
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills to exchange information
