Responsiblties Tests computer programs for validity of results accuracy reliability and conformance to established standards. Executes smoke regression compatibility and other appropriate test scenarios as required by development scope. Develops data queries to assist with diagnosing system issues and errors. Proactively reviews computer logs to identify program processing errors. Documents and communicates all known application issues. Prioritizes and escalates support and QA issues appropriately. Maintains knowledge of systems functionality at a level required to execute assignments effectively. Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers. Responds to client complaints and help desk tickets related to application issues and errors. Sets up tests at request of clients to diagnose application errors. Trains clients in application execution and functionality. Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies procedures and standards.
