Salary Range: Starting at $65,000 annually

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to our commercial real estate properties, aimed at maximizing exposure and driving leasing/sales activity.
  • Support for the Commercial Property Team: Partner closely with property management teams to grasp property-specific marketing requirements and develop customized strategies to bolster leasing/sales efforts. Act as a conduit between property management and marketing divisions, ensuring seamless alignment and communication of marketing initiatives.
  • Commercial Real Estate Advisor Collaboration: Forge close partnerships with various commercial real estate firms to scrutinize and provide feedback on listing brochures, advertisements, signage, value propositions, and other marketing collateral. Guarantee alignment with brand guidelines and effective communication of asset value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, including development, shared services, and residential property management, to synchronize marketing initiatives with business objectives, thereby fostering overall company growth.
  • Campaign Review and Execution: Assess marketing campaigns and listing attributes created by third-party partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint successful strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Digital and Physical Collateral Management: Coordinate with our graphic designer and third-party vendors to fulfill signage and collateral requirements for commercial real estate properties. This encompasses budget identification, timing communication, and overseeing installation or delivery to effectively promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Asset Audit and Brand Compliance: Conduct physical and virtual audits of commercial real estate sites and assets to ensure alignment with the company's brand standards and guidelines. Collaborate closely with commercial property managers to ensure brand adherence and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Focus List Creation: Identify and create a focus list for assets that require additional attention in terms of marketing efforts. Utilize market research, performance metrics, and input from internal stakeholders to determine priority assets and develop targeted strategies to optimize their visibility and leasing/sales potential.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the commercial real estate market. Utilize insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Event Planning and Execution Support: Aid in planning, supporting, and executing events related to commercial real estate marketing initiatives. This entails managing event logistics, tenant relationships, grand openings, and promotional material development to ensure seamless experiences and maximize impact.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients and key stakeholders to understand their marketing needs, provide updates on initiatives, and solicit feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key metrics such as lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to refine future marketing efforts.

  • Driving is an essential function of the job
  • English must be used when communicating with a client or coworker. Another language may be used if preferred by both parties.

Education (level and type)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on commercial real estate or related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Certifications and/or Licenses
  • Valid driver license legally allowing driving for work purposes during working hours;
  • Valid automobile insurance when operating a vehicle for business purposes; and
  • Any other licenses/certifications required by a governing agencies - otherwise, none
