This Home Health Clinical Manager is a key leadership role in overseeing our home healthcare operations in West Virginia and helping grow the census.

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of field clinicians to provide essential healthcare services to individuals in their homes, offering skilled and supportive care to aid in recovery, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall well-being. Additionally, your duties include hiring Nurses and Therapists, managing budgets, and ensuring that the agency adheres to healthcare laws and regulations.

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of services provided to patients by clinicians and caregivers

Supervise clinicians in the delivery of clinical services to patients and families

Participate in the development of agency objectives, standards of care, policies and procedures

Collaborate with peers for staff recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service education

Maintain quality of clinical services

Oversee the care delivery process of clinicians

Oversee clinical documentation and QA Team

Lead and assist in various sales and operations initiatives as needed

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and administration on-call rotation

Requirements/Qualifications:

Licensed RN or PT preferred but not required

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree + three (3) years of home health experience

OASIS documentation experience is preferred

Familiarity with Kinnser / Wellsky Home Health is a plus

Computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, video conferencing, and email
