This Home Health Clinical Manager is a key leadership role in overseeing our home healthcare operations in West Virginia and helping grow the census.You'll be responsible for leading a team of field clinicians to provide essential healthcare services to individuals in their homes, offering skilled and supportive care to aid in recovery, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall well-being. Additionally, your duties include hiring Nurses and Therapists, managing budgets, and ensuring that the agency adheres to healthcare laws and regulations.Daily Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of services provided to patients by clinicians and caregiversSupervise clinicians in the delivery of clinical services to patients and familiesParticipate in the development of agency objectives, standards of care, policies and proceduresCollaborate with peers for staff recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service educationMaintain quality of clinical servicesOversee the care delivery process of clinicians Oversee clinical documentation and QA TeamLead and assist in various sales and operations initiatives as neededMonday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and administration on-call rotationRequirements/Qualifications: Licensed RN or PT preferred but not requiredMinimum of Bachelor's degree + three (3) years of home health experience OASIS documentation experience is preferredFamiliarity with Kinnser / Wellsky Home Health is a plusComputer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, video conferencing, and emailAbout Us: We are a certified home health care agency deploying nurses and therapists into patients' homes to deliver quality care.
