Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Takes project from original concept through final implementation ensuring technical feasibility Defines project scope and objectives Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationship with third party/vendors EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science and engineering Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years of project management or other related fields. Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting business processes. Proven working experience in project management Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the Elevator Industry Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Scheduling and budgeting experience.
