Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Atlanta, GA but with some remote work flexibility) for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects, coordinating and communicating with clients and cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, managing resources, and communicating project progress and results to senior leadership.

Qualifications • Experience in managing painting, flooring, caulking, sheetrock and similar services is mandatory. • Experience in expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field • PMP or other project management certifications is a plus
