As a Laboratory Software Specialist, you will perform implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of laboratory software systems. Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Configure, implement, and maintain laboratory software applications.
Plan and execute laboratory software upgrades.
Document software configurations and lead software validation activities.
Author procedures and provide training to end-users of software systems.
Administer laboratory software systems; understand and comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

To qualify for this position, youll need the following:
4-8 years experience administering and troubleshooting laboratory software applications in an FDA-regulated environment.
Technical writing experience
Customer support/service experience
Labware certified system administrator (preferred)
Waters Empower system administration (preferred)
MSSQL certified DBA (preferred)
