As a Laboratory Software Specialist, you will perform implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of laboratory software systems. Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Configure, implement, and maintain laboratory software applications.
• Plan and execute laboratory software upgrades.
• Document software configurations and lead software validation activities.
• Author procedures and provide training to end-users of software systems.
• Administer laboratory software systems; understand and comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

To qualify for this position, you’ll need the following:

• 4-8 years’ experience administering and troubleshooting laboratory software applications in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Technical writing experience
• Customer support/service experience
• Labware certified system administrator (preferred)
• Waters Empower system administration (preferred)
• MSSQL certified DBA (preferred)
