Role: Help Desk Operator I.
Location: Clinton, TN.

We have an immediate (on-site) Help Desk Operator I position to provide tier-I technical assistance to end users by performing problem diagnosis and guidance through step-by-step solutions.
You must be willing to support a 24/7/365 Service Desk.

Must be able to pass financial and criminal background checks

Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the following types of technical issues in accordance with operating instructions: equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions.
  • Provide diagnosis, resolution, and/or escalate technical issues in accordance with operating instructions.
Preferred Education, Skills, Experience:
  • Strong background utilizing MS Office Products.
  • Excels in multi-tasking.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure/hardware.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain favorable Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas:
Criminal history.
Financial status.
Known associates.
Work history.
Medical Release.
