Accounts Payable Coordinator

Your Duties:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform administrative duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, ever-changing environment in addition to Accounts Payable functions.

This is a full-time position: Monday-Friday. The company offer full medical benefits, matching 401k, and PTO. This is a small team that works closely together in a casual environment on the north east side of San Antonio.

Typical Duties of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls, providing information, and taking messages.
  • Greets people entering the establishment, determines the nature and purpose of their visit and directs or escorts them to the proper destination.
  • maintains office area, storage and supply closets and order office inventory as needed.
  • performs clerical and administrative functions such as data entry, filing, sorting mail, scanning, sending and responding to email.
  • Accounts Payable-Responsible for organizing and prioritizing invoices that are to be paid urgently
  • The Office Coordinator will conduct a 3-way match by comparing the PO, invoice, and goods report to make sure all matches
  • Work directly with vendors and the internal team on any issues

Skills needed for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable for a construction company (3-way match)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and independent working skills
  • Highly flexible and able to work efficiently in a high volume, deadline-driven environment
