Actual duties performed may vary slightly. The Housekeeping Associate maintains club facilities and equipment to maintain a healthy, clean and orderly environment for our Teammates, members and guests. QualificationsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClean gym to include but not limited to: walls, furniture, equipment, windows, mirrors, locker rooms, and bathrooms. Clean according to company policies and proceduresSweep, mop, scrub and or vacuum floors in facilityEmpty all trash and garbage containersPerform special cleaning projects as assignedAdhere to all safety rulesUse all janitorial supplies in accordance to product labels and club manualsAttend all required training sessions and meetingsReport all maintenance issues to the Assigned ManagerReport any complaints to Assigned Manager Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGenerate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeMust have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethicExhibit a superior sense of customer service at all timesWillingness to work flexible hoursWork independently in the absence of supervisionMust have strong attention to detail Required Experience, Education and CertificationsMinimum of six months related experienceExcellent customer service skills are required Physical DemandsPosition duties require daily standing, walking, sitting, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. This position also uses cleaning supplies and tall cleaning utensils and has prolonged use of a back-pack vacuum.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
