We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team as a Luxury Women's Clothing Sales Associate at our luxury specialty store located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a passion for fashion, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations and expert knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and loyalty.
Proactively reach out to clients for special events, promotions, and new arrivals.
Utilize existing networks and relationships to expand the client base.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the luxury women's clothing lines carried by the store.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Administrative Tasks:
Utilize computer skills to process sales transactions, maintain customer records, and track inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of duties.
Marketing Support:
Assist our marketing team in developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote the store through advertising, email marketing, social media, and direct mail.
Contribute to social media content creation by taking photos, organizing promotions, and maintaining content schedules.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and execute trunk shows, promotional events, sales, and special offers to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Store Presentation and Maintenance:
Ensure the store's visual merchandising adheres to brand standards and creates an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to enhance the customer experience.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Be willing to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed in the retail environment.
Undertake any other tasks or projects related to store operations as assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in womens clothing, with a preference for luxury clothing.
Strong computer skills for handling sales transactions and maintaining customer records.
Experience with Social Media and content writing as well as taking/posting pictures, stories, and reels.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Existing client base or network preferred.
Must currently reside in Charlotte, NC.
