Associate Integrated Planning Specialist

The Assoc Integrated Planning Specialist is responsible for building a strategic marketing plan that delivers both CDW and partner objectives. Using insights and data, this team builds marketing strategies, brand vision, and integrated campaign plans that define who to target, how to reach them, and with what message. They are the primary owner and builder of the annual marketing plan and all tactical activity plans, and are the only team allowed to make and approve changes to those plans. Reporting to the Sr. Management staff of Integrated Planning & Design, a Specialist within this team is responsible for the day-to-day active management of the plan, in support of the partner, campaign and brand planning teams. This specialist will build out and enter data in terms of activity inventory and frameworks during the planning season, work in close concert with partner specialist to assign partner and product categories and support all teams in creative reviews, partner roll-ups, activity confirmations, proof of performance and invoice processing.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Responsible for supporting the development of the Annual Marketing Plan.

Act as the key point of contact for inventory and activity build-out and entry.

Partner with partner planning team on the selection and assignment of the accurate partner and product categories for activity strategies.

Responsible for review and QC marketing activity inventory and aligned partners in execution.

Coordinate with a Marketing Operations Coordinator to ensure accuracy of messaging, content and creative.

Responsible for confirming accurate completion of activities, providing proof of performance when necessary and closing loop with agency and finance team by processing invoices.

Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing, Marketing, Communication or related or equivalent field OR

2 years experience in a Marketing or Project Coordination role.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative, and creatively problem-solve.

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large matrix environment.

Understanding and proficiency in using project management tools including workflow systems like IBM Enterprise Marketing Management -EMM, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
