Description Specialization:Internal MedicineJob Summary:HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital ?is assisting a strong and stable multi-specialty group (23 different specialties) to recruit an Internal Medicine physicianQualified Candidates:Board certified or board eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency)No Visa support availableOffice hours: Monday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pmAverage number of patient’s per day-20 Call schedule- 1 day per week for the clinic only, Mon-Friday 8-6 pmIncentive/Benefits Package:First 2 years will be associate contract position; then there is the option to be voted in as a ShareholderCompetitive salary with bonuses based on quality and performanceMedical, dental, and vision401k with employer match after one year CME stipendRelocation assistanceSign-on bonusPaid time off 20 business days of PTO, Clinic closed 6 holidays, 5 CME Days, Total per year: 31 daysAbout HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital? :FWDH: 309 bed HCA level 2 trauma facility (expansion underway adding an additional 30 beds next year)Medical ICU- 33 beds (plus an additional 8 CVICU beds)Stealth navigation system with O arm and Mazor spine robotCertified primary stroke center working towards comprehensive stroke certificationCurrently hosting 3rd and 4th year D.O. students from Auburn’s VCOM (D.O.)
