Job Description
Amplify Hearing, established in the United Kingdom in 2016, specializes in providing hearing care services through an expanding network of optometrists. With recent expansion into the United States, Amplify Hearing is entering a new phase of growth.

As they navigate this exciting expansion, they are actively seeking driven and dedicated Hearing Care Providers to join their team in the US as Managing Partners.

As a Managing Partner at Amplify Hearing, the candidate will not only lead the delivery of exceptional hearing care services within optical practices but also play a crucial role as an integral partner in their business.

The candidate will have the opportunity to co-own and co-manage the practice alongside other partners, contributing their expertise and leadership to drive the success of the venture. Together, they will uphold the highest standards of clinical care and service excellence while building a thriving practice that positively impacts the lives of individuals with hearing loss.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
  • Fitting and dispensing hearing aids and recommending proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
  • Educating patients on using their hearing aids or other hearing accessories.
  • Providing appropriate aftercare for all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
  • Working closely with the optometry staff and leveraging patient referral programs.
  • Taking the lead in outreach initiatives for the practice
Requirements
  • HIS, BC-HIS OR Au.D
  • Ability to establish partnerships and build rapport with the optometry team.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
