Yes Position Details Drug Screen No Background Checks Yes Position Description Seeking to hire temporary Reimbursement Specialist. This position will perform accounting and administrative duties related to grants administration. Candidate administers first review of the reimbursement packet. This entails organizing the packet by cost category, ensuring all required documentation has been received reconciling against a checklist, and inputting the information into a tracker spreadsheet. Functions include: Processing and tracking payments Following up with vendors and applicants Creating, maintaining and organizing files Skills Required Advanced Excel skills including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently. Principles, concepts, practices, methods and techniques of government accounting and fiscal management; Principles and practices of office administration; Effective methods of organization and planning. Skills in- Analyzing and interpreting financial data; Proficiency in work techniques required in maintaining accounting records; Communicating effectively; both verbally and in writing. Ability to multitask with speed while maintaining accuracy; Compose reports and create spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel. Skills Preferred Completion of training programs andor college level coursework in office administration. accounting, and finance previous administrative experience in an accounting finance environment. Experience Required Experience with Excel, data entry, word processing, database monitoring and general computer use.
