Join our elite team of Operations Associates, where you play a pivotal role in assisting in operations to ensure our mover athletes deliver unparalleled moving services. As an Interstate Operations Associate, your role will involve supporting customer communication and coordinating moving teams that are OTR (Over-the-Road). You'll apply critical thinking skills to ensure the efficient completion of moves within established timelines. This position reports to the Interstate Operations Manager.Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday; scheduled off days are Thursday and Sunday. Shifts may vary based on seasonality and business needs.Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour DOEBenefits:Healthcare/vision/dental (after 60 days)On-site gym401KInterstate Operations Associate Primary Responsibilities:Update the job board with Interstate Work Orders (WO's) daily.Communicate effectively with customers and crew members.Assist in coordinating daily activities involving dispatch, warehouse personnel, drivers, and moving crews (locally and out of state).Collaborate with fleet & safety in order to adhere to AZDOT regulations.Confirm paperwork is complete and payments are collected accordingly.Audit transactions as submitted by drivers, to ensure accuracy.Generate and track pre- and post-trip reports.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as situations and needs evolve throughout the workday.Multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay meticulous attention to detail and follow through on tasks.Work efficiently under deadlines and specific time frames.Ensure all jobs are completed within expected limits.Interstate Operations Associate Requirements & Qualifications:Possess a minimum of 1 year of operations experience.Possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect ideas with others.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges seamlessly.Energetic and vibrant attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to task completion.Preference for candidates committed to ongoing training and education.Work Location: In person onlyJob Type: Full-timePlease note that employment with Muscular Moving Men and M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics is subject to successful completion of a background check.
