Description

Shooters World is a chain of Florida's largest firearm stores, indoor public shooting ranges, and training facilities. Aptly dubbed "The Second Amendment Theme Park", Shooters World is a destination that satisfies the needs of every shooter. We are currently looking inventory associates to add to our Shooters World team.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise from receiving to the retail floor.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for executing and monitoring inventory best practices and standard operating procedures

Support inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, and merchandising

Effectively and efficiently provide inventory control support to the managers and supervisors

Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor

Run cycle count reports and verify inventory counts

Execute merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed correctly to drive sales

Support the sales floor by stocking and maintaining store displays

Maintain visual merchandise standards

Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards

Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have one year of prior Inventory Retail experience

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Must have experience in cycle counts, and verifying inventory

Must have at least one year of experience in merchandising / visual merchandising

Must pass drug test, background check and any pre-employment tests if applicable

Must be able to climb ladders

Must be able to lift 25 pounds without any assistance

This position starts at 6am in the morning till about 12pm.
