La figura ricercata proviene da realt strutturate del retail,possiede elevate skills tecnico-professionali e comprovatevcompetenze nel coordinamento e nella gestionedi una rete di almeno 50 punti vendita diretti.

Nello specifico, la figura , anche attraverso la gestione ed il coordinamento dei Responsabile Commerciali di Area , sar incaricata di garantire l'avvio , la supervisione, il coordinamento comm.le, il funzionamento e la crescita dei pdv attraverso lo sviluppo delle strategie commerciali in linea con la mission ed i valori aziendali.

-Assicurare l'elaborazione degli obiettivi di fatturato, definire le azioni pi idonee in coerenza con le politiche e l'immagine dell'azienda, nel rispetto dei costi, assicurando la massima customer satisfaction.

Conseguire gli indicatori di performancenei punti vendita.

Partecipaalla definizione dei Bdg di acquisto dei pdv.

Mantenere sotto controlloi costi dei pdv , intervenendo direttamente per limitarli.

Gatrantire l'efficenza qualitativa e quantitativa, delle risorse all'interno dei pdv.

-Assicurare la corretta e completa attuazione della politica commerciale aziendale.

Promuovere la crescita dei punti vendita

Supervisionare l'immagine aziendale sia dei punti vendita che del personale

Partecipare alla definizione delle politiche comm.li dell'azienda, della scelta dei prodotti e della tipologia della cientela verso cui rivolgere le azioni commerciali.

Analizzare , interpretare, anticipare il mercato localee proporre iniziative al fine di garantire all'azienda una posizione competitiva.

-Contribuire alla pianificazione dei fabbisogni quantitativi e qualitativi di organiconei pdv, contribuendo alla definizione del bdg.

Supervisionare e coordinare la gestione e sviluppo delle risorse umane e degli staff dei pdv.

Organizzare e coordinare le azioni opportune per motivare le risorse impegnate sulla rete vendita.

-Definire con i Responsabili Commerciali di Area, le strategie di gestione dei punti vendita e ne coordina le attivit.

Curare l'organizzazione generale dei pdv

Assicurare il rispetto degli standard qualitativi predefiniti dall'azienda nei punti vendita.

Supervisionare l'attivit dei pdv, organizzandoli e mettendo a disposizione competenze e risorse per raggiungere i risultati attesi.

Definire coni referenti Visual e i Merchandiser, le strategie di prodotto e di esposizione nel punto vendita.

Assicurare il rispetto dei processi e delle procedure di lavoro aziendali, delle policy aziendali e delle normative vigenti.

Supervisionare la corretta ed efficace gestione dei dati aziedali

Garantire il coordinamento delle attivit con le funzioni aziendali di sede per massimizzare l'efficacia delle strategie aziendali sui punti vendita. **Profilo**

Sono richiesti:

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza analoga posizione in una azienda strutturata del retail .

Costituir requisito preferenziale la provenienza del settore abbigliamento.

Si valutano positivamente anche figure strutturate di Area Manager con ruolo consolidato ed esperienza di rete vendita analoga.

Laurea in discipline economiche e/o gestionali( requisito preferenziali )

Elevate conoscenze e competenze nella gestione di una reta vendita retail, nell'analisi e nello sviluppo delle vendite , dei Kpi's, delle logiche di operativit del negozio , della conoscenza del business e del mercato, nella gestione e sviluppo delle risorse umane.

Elevate competenze e piena padronanza nell' utilizzo degli strumenti informativi.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Profondo interesse per il mondo fashion; elevate capacit manageriali, sensibilit commerciale, orientamento al cliente,leadership e sviluppo dei team, elevate capacit relazionali e comunicative, proattivit , dinamismo , analisi e problem solving, gestone dello stress e attitudine ad operare in contesti demanding.

Elevata disponibilit alla frequenti trasferte.
