  • As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice and team guidance on developing and maintaining plans for the creation or maintenance of a product, and contribute your technical expertise in production and decision-making
  • In this role, you will implement timelines, milestones, and allocation of resources, as well as manage the technical requirements needed to implement a product
  • Technical Project Management - role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements
  • Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project
  • Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals
  • Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed
  • Should have extensive experience doing cutover planning and release management
  • Ensure projects meet the technical requirements for full completion
  • TPM will help drive strategic initiatives, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on multiple complex technology projects
  • The TPM will lead cross functional and technical teams to drive projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Should have the ability to interpret technical requirements/dependencies and resolve them by working with engineering team
  • Prior experience working on API integration is preferred
  • Experience with cross-organizational communication to both technical- and non-technical audiences from engineers to upper management
  • Thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities are a must
  • Lead discussions across cross-functional teams
  • Lead implementation process and ultimate deployment of Strategic initiatives and other programs
  • Manage program budget, human capital planning and can drive operational insights
  • Manage through Agile/SAFE methodologies
  • Facilitate cross-collaboration and understanding between IT and other departments
  • Generate reports and insights for different internal and/or external audiences
  • Stay current on the latest news, information, and trends about program management and the organizations industry
