Refer all patient concerns or complaints to the pharmacist on duty for resolution. Assist pharmacist with Clinical Care Management (MTMs and Mirixa cases).Perform monthly internal audits for 340B compliance.Verify MassPat for all Controlled Substance Prescriptions.Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor or as required by the position.
