We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and mission-aligned Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst with a technology background and experience with automation, operational improvement, and analytical abilities. The right candidate brings a knack for problem solving, adaptability in a fast paced environment, and record of building successful sales & marketing programs and driving continual improvement from start to finish. This role will take a proactive approach to assisting across day-to-day functions of the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Automation Development and Process Optimization:

  • Develop automation solutions to streamline tasks for revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to launch new marketing nurture campaigns and optimize existing processes.
  • Implement IF → THEN logic for data enrichment, CRM, and Sales Engagement Platform integration.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual data entry and streamline workflows.
  • Aim to enhance user experience for revenue teams and increase efficiency.

Bug Diagnosis and Resolution:

  • Assist in replicating issues and diagnosing bugs within automated systems.
  • Identify the root cause of problems impacting revenue team workflows.
  • Implement necessary changes to eliminate bugs and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain system reliability.

Fulfill Sales & Marketing Team Reporting Needs:

  • Enable revenue-generating individuals with reports on any number of data points within the revenue operations tool kit.
  • Play a pivotal role in the assembly of Rev Ops reporting for leadership each month so that leadership can make informed decisions on the direction of the revenue organization.

Sales & Marketing Process Issues:

  • Support the revenue teams with proper and efficient execution of workflows within the Rev Ops techstack.

In addition support the team with:

Sales Team Goal Tracking and Payout:

  • Assemble and coordinate the commissions payments of the sales team and ensure sellers receive proper compensation for their work
  • Improve the commissions process.

Sales & Marketing Process Management:

  • Monitor, execute, and maintain established Rev Ops processes that either have not yet been automated or, due to some limitation, cannot be.
  • Document and maintain documentation for the established processes to ensure the organization continues to know where to look for how things are done.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years in a Marketing, Sales or Revenue Operations role in a B2B environment, experience in a fast-growth B2B service business or SaaS a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise with sales & marketing record management and automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) as well as a strong understanding of how these tools interact with the wider revenue operations tech ecosystems (Sales Engagement Platforms, Data Enrichment Platforms, ABM Platforms).
  • Salesforce or Hubspot Certified is a plus or a related set of earned credentials
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive alignment across multiple teams/functions (sales, marketing, enterprise applications)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. We're looking for a self-starter with high operational acumen, looking to make a big impact in a quickly growing organization
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
