Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Support the Material Workflow Lead with tasks execution and development of Material Master Data workflow

Support the creation of program documentation like Business Process Flow Diagrams, KDD's, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Data Migration Rules,

Perform testing, including BST (Business Simulation Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing, Security Role Testing, Integration Testing, etc.

Create training material and deliver training.

15%

Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and WI's (Work Instruction)

Support preparation and execution of system cutover, data migration, system deployment and hyper-care

Participate in design workshops with TranSCend functional teams and SMEs to define design requirements for the Material workflow

Support Material Workflow lead with L3 architecture documents for Material Workflow

Responsible for L4 architecture documents for Material Workflow

Work with EMS team and create functional documentation for process integration to EMS and Golden Records creation

Create KDDs and Functional documentation for MDG - S4Hana design

Create user requirements, test scripts and defects in JIRA and /or Smartsheet

Communicate IT / Infrastructure requirements to Material Workflow Lead and Data IT lead.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Workflow related task items in JIRA

Communicate progress of workflow related tasks to Material Workflow Lead.

Perform FIT and BST testing of Material Workflow configuration in MDG - SAP

Create test scripts for UAT and help business SMEs with E2E test execution of Material workflow

Support the operational Data teams during Hypercare

Create WI and SOPs for Material Workflow

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Practical Experience with SAP MDG Master Data Governance required.

ERP SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) knowledge and practical Supply Chain use is required

5+ years of Supply Chain or IT experience is required

3+ years of experience with Material Master is required

Experience with workflow deployment for Material master

Experience with Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization

Expert in Excel (create formulas, macros, pivot tables, advanced filters and charts)

Expertise in Visio and PowerPoint

Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills, including presentation skills are required

Ability to self-manage and maintain work-life balance in a global deployment project

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data is preferred

Experience in Master Data related to Material Management, Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Quality and Finance is an advantage

Practical experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment is an advantage

Experience in Agile software as well as program deployment methodology including JIRA is an advantage

Execution experience in global/regional projects/programs in associated business function is preferred

Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program is preferred
