How you’ll create impact: Lead, coach, and develop a team of existing sales professionals. Build a culture of accountability to excellence. Regularly hire, train, and inspect our sales system. Ensure our customers have remarkable sales experiences with your team. Meet and exceed sales goals using selling with a Noble Purpose.

What makes you stand out: 5+ years successful experience in a sales management role. Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs. Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills.
