Responsibilities

Your Role and Impact

As a key member of our team, you will:

•Take charge of a dynamic caseload, guiding clients from their first consultation to the resolution of their case.
•Ensure comprehensive documentation of injuries, losses, and damages to secure the maximum possible award.
•Provide top-tier legal services including research, drafting legal documents, and overseeing discovery processes.
•Lead and inspire our legal production staff towards achieving successful case outcomes.
•Serve as the main liaison between the firm and our clients, offering strategic advice and preparing them for all legal proceedings.
•Represent our clients across various legal settings, including mediation, depositions, and court appearances.
•Master the art of negotiation to ensure our clients receive the settlements they deserve.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

•A licensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association.
•A proven track record in Insurance or PI law, though we're open to training a seasoned litigator ready for a new challenge.
