At RumbleOn, the country’s leading retailer of powersports, our success depends on serving our customers with the best team members in the industry If your career goals include making a valuable contribution in an exciting and growing company and you love powersports and motorcycles, ReadOn Rattlesnake Harley Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Service Team If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Writer with a passion for customer service, this opportunity may be perfect for you Responsibilities Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work Greet customers, inspect their motorcycles, and answer questions Document problems with Motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost Offer additional services and products, including special promotions Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager Other duties as assigned Requirements 1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership service experience 1+ years Commission Based customer-facing sales experience (preferred) Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and a good driving record Motorcycle Endorsement preferred Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen Benefits What RumbleOn/RideNow/Rattlesnake Harley Davidson Offers You: A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group's success Plus...
