As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you'll be an integral part of our general laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties aimed at supporting patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in laboratory testing. From processing samples to analyzing results, you'll contribute to every stage of the diagnostic process with precision and attention to detail.
Some key responsibilities include:
Performing a variety of laboratory tests using both manual and automated techniques
Preparing specimens for analysis and ensure proper handling and storage
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines
Analyzing test results and accurately interpreting findings for healthcare providers
Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and provide relevant clinical information
The ideal

Clinical Laboratory Technologist ASCP

will meet the following requirements :
Previous acute care experience is required
Current NYS License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
ASCP Certification Preferred
