Mishimoto is the world leader in aftermarket performance cooling products. Our Digital Marketing team is key in promoting our Push the Limits lifestyle brand. The Digital Marketing Manager helps us keep a strong digital footprint by strategizing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across multiple Mishimoto channels, including email, SMS, social media, search platforms, and marketplaces.

Our Digital Marketing Manager understands the importance of shaping the story of a brand and tailoring that story to each generation of consumers. You'll take the digital marketing tools of the trade, apply them to our potential and existing consumer base, and deliver targeted campaigns that both increase brand awareness and drive prospects to conversions.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will coordinate with internal teams as well as third party firms and resources to achieve goals.

What You'll Do:

You'll manage and implement the digital marketing strategy and lead tactical operations across our growth-centric paid advertising channels. You will play an integral role in developing impactful campaigns to increase product demand and consumer sales, increase qualified traffic to our consumer websites and marketplaces, and tell our brand story to targeted customer segments.

Digital Advertising - You'll cater our content to specific customer audiences by:
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our brand and products.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and accuracy in campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, social media, search platforms, and marketplaces.
  • Managing paid social media advertising campaigns to facilitate corporate needs such as advertising new and existing products, contests, Mishimoto career opportunities and special programs.
  • Managing the product release process.
  • Managing paid marketplace advertising campaigns for new and existing products while scouting the competitive landscape for additional marketplace advertising opportunities.
  • Managing our global email and SMS marketing efforts, including list building, creating, and maintaining automated workflows as well as individual campaigns.
  • Implementing and monitoring Google search, shopping, display and video campaigns globally.
  • Creating and maintaining audience segments, strategizing, and implementing A/B testing based on purchase history, geographic location, and other customer attributes and behaviors to drive performance.
  • Performing daily account management and monitoring KPIs of all advertising accounts and platforms.
  • Analyzing data flow between advertising channels to develop and implement solutions that coordinate and optimize campaigns based on the customer journey.
  • Developing and implementing optimized campaign structure, strategy, and targeting in accordance with company goals and marketing budgets.
  • The proof is in the numbers. You will create weekly and monthly campaign reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, and other initiatives to present to stakeholders showcasing progress against goals.
  • Continuous learning to maintain professional knowledge and stay well informed of industry trends.
  • Managing direct reports while creating a positive, engaged culture.
  • Responsible for recruiting, performance management and employee development.
Marketing Support - You'll be team player and help the marketing team succeed by:
  • Being an all-around good guy or gal and giving the marketing team additional support as needed.
Your Creds:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in e-commerce advertising, digital advertising, including Google/Bing, social media, and marketplaces.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports.
  • Expert in
  • Ability to leverage data and translate into strategic recommendations.
  • Well versed in e-commerce advertising and digital platforms including Google Search, Google Shopping, Microsoft, Facebook, eBay, Instagram, etc.
  • Well-polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Microsoft Office. You can organize and navigate data in Excel like a champ, and you communicate seamlessly in Outlook.
Extra Credit:
  • Automotive enthusiasm and/or automotive industry experience
  • Experience managing digital product feeds
  • Experience using data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio
  • International marketing experience
  • Master's Degree
