MLee Healthcare is looking for an HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. As an AHR Assistant, you will manage administrative tasks related to HR. A good fit for this role will be someone with previous experience as an HR Assistant or an HR Coordinator. This person is an effective communicator, detail oriented , and can maintain a level of confidentiality .

HR Functions:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and bi-weekly payroll
  • Assist in HR functions such as onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Creation of employee files and HRIS database input.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation through E-Verify
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred but not required
  • Understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Experience with onboarding new hires and executing new hire paperwork
  • Experience with approving time sheets and processing payroll
  • ADP: 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
