Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Piping Foreman to oversee the piping aspects of our commercial construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical for supervising multiple installers on medium to large projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building, safety, and quality control standards. The successful candidate will offer a stable work history and demonstrate expertise in managing teams and project scopes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the piping scope of commercial construction projects.
Oversee teams of installers, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate effectively with other project leaders and trades.
Optimize field productivity through precise material takeoffs and timely ordering of tools, materials, and equipment.
Ensure all projects comply with building codes and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders to maintain clear and consistent project objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial piping installation.
At least 4 years of experience as a Foreman, managing crews of 10 or more.
Proven track record of timely project completion and team management.
Local to Phoenix, AZ with a stable and verifiable work history.

Nice to Have:

Relevant certifications and licenses in piping, HVAC, and safety.
Associate's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
