Established in 1972 W. Craig Adams is a reputable site contractor in the commercial and industrial markets. Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, we specialize in earthwork construction including site preparation, demolition, asphalt and utility services. 


SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a Pipe Foreman for our growing team. The Pipe Foreman should have experience and knowledge in installation of storm, water, and sewer piping. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field leadership as well as the ability to manage a job efficiently.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, lead, and drive crews of 5 to 10 individuals
  • Successful complete daily time sheets of employees and maintain daily logs
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Coordinate and schedule manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project
  • Read blueprints, project plans and specifications


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience and knowledge
  • Previous experience and knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations and pipeline safety
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
