GRC Engineer

The GRC Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing our vendor risk management processes and tools. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the vendor risk management modules within ServiceNow and OneTrust. Your expertise will help us ensure that our third-party vendors meet our stringent security and compliance standards, mitigating potential risks to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Cyber security, risk management, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for vendor risk management solutions. Design, develop, and customize vendor risk management modules within ServiceNow and OneTrust to meet our specific business needs. Implement integrations between our GRC platforms and other internal systems to automate and streamline risk management workflows. Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, configuration details, and usage instructions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical roles focused on the development and customization of GRC solutions, specifically within ServiceNow and OneTrust platforms. Strong technical skills in programming languages and frameworks relevant to ServiceNow and OneTrust customization (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs). Demonstrated experience in integrating GRC platforms with other enterprise systems and technologies. In-depth understanding of GRC concepts, especially vendor risk management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, OneTrust Certified Privacy Management, etc.) are highly desirable.
