Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Service Advisor.

Summary:

Optimum RV is a family owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Presents Maintenance Menus to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations

  • Performs service meet and greet

  • Initial Vehicle Walk Around

  • Performs vehicle Courtesy Inspection

  • Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.O.s when work is completed

  • Acquires customer authorizations on service work

  • Schedules Service Appointments

  • Answers all service department calls

  • Liaison between the customer and the service department

  • Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls

  • All other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2-3 years customer service

  • RV/Automotive/Powersports Experience Preferred

Essential Characteristics:

  • Ability to work well under stress

  • Ability to multi-task and take direction

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Must be a Team Player

  • May be required to drive Motorized RVS

  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism

  • Punctual
